My name is Sandra, I am British and I have been living in the Lot-et-Garonne Department (47) of Aquitaine, SW France along with my husband, dog and cat since August 2007. We run a successful property management and caretaking business.

My name is Mike,i have a large development near Bergerac with full planning for 16 houses and villas.
I would like to sell the land as it is with the full planning,can you give me any direction to do this as its one of its kind in France. The only plots for sale by private sellers is for single plots.this would be good for a developer or a group of investers.
